Teria: I was looking to solve a problem and the issue was, we wanted to kind of pull our buyer's list and we were looking for a nice quick way to have a form generated. So I found this old website called carrd.co, they will create like 3-4 minutes max landing page forms. There's a trial period, I think it's $9- $19 a year after the initial period. There are samples in there, just add your graphics, logo and your information and from there you can get a form.
