Teria: Today's tip is a little different, I found this incredible app called Fitbod. It allows me to go in and put what equipment I have; how I want to workout and how long I want to workout. It allows me to specify if I want heavy lifting or what type of workout. It plans my whole workout. It tracks my whole muscle recovery. It designs my workout. I can change it if I don't want to do this or that, but for those who workout or who are looking to workout, Fitbod is a great help.
