Go to this website goparagon.co, and hire some comedians or entertainers to join your Zoom Call. You can hire a comedian for an hour for $150. They have Chefs, DJs, you can do many different things. Second, if you're in this business you're going to run into accounting issues, do yourself a favor and get set up correctly, go to Investor Ninjas and get pre-recorded Accounting for Land Investors Class at a minimum.
