Mark: I have a tip, I got the new iPhone 13, I had the system updated and there's this thing called Focus. It is phenomenal. With Focus Mode, I only check my email twice a day. You can focus mode for personal, for work and you can choose which screen is your opening screen. It's been a game-changer!
